The prices shown on the website are also the final prices of each product. It is possible to modify them, without, however, affecting the orders made until then. For products on offer, this is valid until stocks last. It is important that all the prices listed on our website are in euros and include VAT. amounting to 24%.

• Availability

Our company cannot guarantee the availability of each product. However, in the event that a product is not immediately available, we will contact you within a reasonable time and inform you of its estimated delivery time. In case the product is completely out of stock, we will inform you accordingly. In both cases you have the right of withdrawal.

• Order

Your order is placed by completing the order form and by accepting the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use of our website. You will also receive a copy of the order.

• Quality characteristics

• Means of payment

Our company provides two payment options. The first is by using a credit/debit card, where the charge is made the day we receive your order. The second is cash on delivery, where the payment is made at the time of receipt of the order from you. The second payment method is only possible for orders within Greece.

For orders outside of Greece, we reserve the right for possible charges, e.g. customs clearance. In this particular case we will contact you in order to inform you.

• Shipping products

We promise that the products will be delivered within a reasonable period of time from the next day of placing the order. If the order is placed on Friday or at the weekend, then Monday is taken as the day of its realization. We reserve the right for possible delays due to force majeure, in which case we will contact you to inform you about the reasons for the delay and the estimated delivery day.

Regarding the products that will be sent outside of Greece, we reserve the right for the delivery time, for which you will be informed in time.

Transport costs amount to two euros and sixty cents (2.60) euros, in case the purchase is made via credit/debit card, while in the case of cash on delivery, the transfer costs amount to three euros (3.00) euros. The courier company that undertakes the delivery is the company with the name “TAHYMETAFORES ELTA SA” (ELTA Courier), while in cases where there is an obstacle to service from the above-mentioned company, the delivery will be made through another courier company, after consultation with you.

For shipments of products outside of Greece, we reserve the right for the amount of shipping costs.

The amount of shipping costs may be modified due to the weight of each order.

• Return products

 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. You bear the cost of returning the products, unless the reason for the return concerns an error on our company’s part, in which case we bear the relevant costs.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email.

For shipments within Greece, the return is made through the company with the name “TAHYMETAFORES ELTA SA” (ELTA Courier), at our company’s charge.

You must send the product within 14 days of the day you informed us about exercising the right of withdrawal, as you received it. In other words, it is necessary that the respective product be returned in excellent condition, be in the packaging in which it was sent to you and be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase.

Your refund will be completed within 14 days from the date of exercising your right of withdrawal, depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way you chose to be refunded. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and let you know by email how to process it.

RIGHT OF SUBSTITUTION

In the case of a product return, it is possible to replace the returned product within a reasonable period of time.

Also, there is the possibility of crediting the value of the product you want to return in order to make another purchase. The credit will be made within 14 days from the day you inform us about the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In order to credit the value of the product being returned and not refund the money paid, it is necessary to include a relevant request in the e-mail message with which the right of withdrawal will be exercised.

• Applicable Law

The content of the website, which consists of the products, the software, the brand, the mark, etc., is considered the property of our company and therefore the creation of a copy is prohibited.

For what is defined above, but also for what is not defined, the Community and Greek legislation applies, regarding electronic commerce, the distance sales contract and consumer protection.

The courts of Thessaloniki are competent.
